2-Wheel Tractor Training

Get hands-on training with the BCS walk-behind tractor and learn how to integrate this equipment into your production plan.

2-wheel tractors can drastically increase your production quality and quantity and offer a range of tools to increase your farm’s efficiency. Join us at the Hilltop Urban Farm in Pittsburgh to learn about this versatile tool that supports many small-scale vegetable operations. 

Pasa and Hilltop staff will discuss and demonstrate the uses and safe operation of a walk-behind tractor. We’ll review attachments as well as basic maintenance, and each participant will get an opportunity for supervised, hands-on practice with multiple implements.

• The price of lunch is included in registration.
• This is a hands-on workshop. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear, including closed-toe shoes and work gloves as needed.
