About our hiring process

Pasa is committed to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice through our hiring practices.

We review application materials anonymously to help prevent potential unconscious bias. We also collect anonymized demographic information to ensure we have a diverse pool of applicants for each job opportunity.

How it works:

  1. All applicants are asked to remove their name and other identifying information from their cover letter and resume.
  2. They also complete a short anonymous questionnaire that assigns them a unique applicant identification number.
  3. We review applications after a wide range of people have expressed interest.

We recognize that this process takes longer than many standard hiring timelines.

We ask applicants to refrain from reaching out to inquire about their application status, since it may compromise the anonymity and fairness of the process.
