About our hiring process

Pasa is committed to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice through our hiring practices.

We review application materials anonymously to help prevent potential unconscious bias. We also collect anonymized demographic information to ensure we have a diverse pool of applicants for each job opportunity.

How it works:

  1. Upon submission, all applications will be anonymized internally by an AI system.
  2. Applicants are asked to complete a short anonymous questionnaire that helps us assess the reach of our job postings as well as the diversity of the applicant pool.
  3. We review applications after a wide range of people have expressed interest.

We recognize that this process takes longer than many standard hiring timelines.

We ask applicants to refrain from reaching out to inquire about their application status, since it may compromise the anonymity and fairness of the process.
