Kaitlyn supports our Operation Director in hiring efforts and employee policies to meet the needs of our growing team.
She received her B.S. in psychology from Millersville University and recently graduated from Liberty University with a Masters of Science in applied Industrial Organizational Psychology. Prior to joining Pasa, she interned at WITF, where she assisted in onboarding, led interviews, and promoted employee engagement. In her free time she enjoys golfing, traveling, and volunteering at Canine Rescue of Central Pennsylvania.
