As the Associate Director for Advancement, Tabitha supports development and communications and marketing team members in service of fundraising goals and helps keep grant and fundraising applications, project deliverables, and reporting on track.
Tabitha brought five years of experience in project, program, and grant management to Pasa when she joined the team in 2020 as a project manager.
She currently calls herself a local in Cumberland, Maryland—but makes the drive back home often, spending as much time as possible with family and the forests and fields of the retired family farm in West Virginia. When she is not traveling, Tabitha enjoys spending time in her community, on the hiking trails in nearby state parks, and in a kayak on the Southern Potomac River.
