Gessie is part of our customer support team working to maintain a welcoming and inclusive process for frontline workers applying to the Farm and Food Workers Relief program in 14 states throughout the Northeast.
After spending many years in medical administration positions across various offices and nursing homes in Maine, Gessie found herself working for nonprofit organizations that help people access food, shelter, and healthy resources in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Gessie is also a gourmet chef! She learned about Pasa through another nonprofit organization and is happy to join a team that works to help food and farm workers.
While Gessie enjoys spending time with family, good friends, and her two cats in Maine, she also loves traveling to different states and countries. She is interested in savoring different types of gourmet food and herb gardens. She enjoys being outside and working with plants and likes to read, hike, visit antique shops with friends, and host high tea parties in the garden.
