Jonah worked as a pre-apprentice at the LEAF Project, learning new technical skills and knowledge as they relate to different agricultural issues. Through this program, they were able to see how hands-on farming interacts with business and marketing, as well as understand how farming fits into the larger ecosystem of plants, animals, and microorganisms.
Upon graduating, Jonah will continue his education in food studies at Chatham University.
