Amber was an apprentice at The LEAF Project, where she was able to diversify her skillset using the provided apprenticeship checklist. She deeply appreciated the structure of the program, becoming more aware of her strengths as a farmer. During her tenure, she was able to co-mange the construction of a caterpillar tunnel project, which led to almost double their winter growing capacity.
Amber will continue working with LEAF after completing the program.
