Red Hill Farm is hosting a cooking class taught by Penn State Extension. It’s a hands-on class, so come ready to cook! We will prepare a tasty lunch of Sicilian Eggplant Pasta, Chickpea Sandwiches, Crunchy Kale Salad, and Honey-Lime Quinoa Fruit Salad. There is a free will donation of $15. Everyone will leave the cooking class with the recipes we used! Free parking is available across from the convent. The event is located at 609 S Convent Road in the Copper Beech Room.
