Farm to Table Tasting Dinner & Festivity


Hosted by Josie Porter Farm, this elegant Farm-to-Table Tasting event will feature LOCAL FOODS prepared by skilled chefs & LIBATIONS from RAW Urban Winery & Hard Cidery.

A variety of small plates, sure to appeal to our community of conscious eaters, will be served. Executive Chef Daniel Mattrocce of Lanes End Farm Kitchen will prepare intriguing tapas featuring an assortment of fresh-from-the-farm foods sourced from the Josie Porter Farm and their family of growers and producers. Chef Mike Abate of the Pocono Supper Club will offer gourmet organic vegetarian plates.

• A portion of the proceeds ($5 of every ticket) will be donated to the Pennsylvania Association of Sustainable Agriculture (PASA) towards PASA’s mission to advance sustainable agriculture education.
