Central PA Farmland Access Listening Session

Join the National Young Farmers Coalition at Village Acres Farm for a listening session to discuss the farmland access and tenure challenges that you have faced as a farmer or as an aspiring farmer in Central Pennsylvania.

Farmer voices are critical to informing our state and federal policymakers about what farmers need to succeed. Through this farmer-to-farmer conversation, we will identify common challenges around access to land for farmers in Central PA, which will help inform our advocacy work to improve land access for all young farmers in Pennsylvania.

All farmer voices are essential to the conversation; whether you are just getting started or have been a lifelong farmer, everyone is encouraged to join. This session is free and includes refreshments as well as a chance to meet other local farmers.

For farmers who are unable to attend the session in person, we will be distributing an online survey to make sure all voices are included.
