Director of Value Chain Coordination
1 year grant funded position with option to renew
Works in collaboration with Co-Founders to accomplish grant funded value chain priorities
20 hours per week
$44,918 annually

Roles:
Determine key opportunities and implement findings following from Value chain study
Serve as an ambassador for PA Flax Project at events and industry conferences
Organize advertising, PR, and participation in trade fairs.
Build relationships and secure contracts for flax straw, long line flax fiber and co-products to be produced at the mill

Qualifications:

Experience or strong interest in agriculture and textiles.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in sales & business development with a proven track record of building a robust network.
Skilled at public speaking.
Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
