About Noah

Noah helps farm owners and farmworkers advocate for policy changes at local, state, and federal levels.

Prior to working for Pasa, Noah built relationships and led policy initiatives while working as a legislative director at the Pennsylvania State Senate. He also ran a pastured pig and turkey farm in Perry County, where he got comfortable being outsmarted by pigs and was introduced to cured meats. Noah deepened his knowledge of cured meats during an apprenticeship near Urbino, Italy. He wants to help build a better food system–one that centers farmers and communities facing food apartheid–and systemic change through policy is an effective way to do that. He is excited about working directly with farm owners and farm workers on the issues that matter most to them.

Noah lives in Harrisburg, PA, and enjoys spending time with his spouse and their dog, Lola.
