About Madison

Madison conducts outreach and recruitment, as well as post-program educational and technical support for graduates of Pasa’s Diversified Vegetable Apprenticeship, Pre-Apprenticeship, Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship, and other farmers.

Madison is a graduate of Pasa’s Diversified Vegetable Pre-Apprenticeship and Lafayette College, where she obtained a degree in environmental studies and history. She is passionate about sustainable farming and is committed to cultivating a just and resilient food system. She has experience working with precision agriculture technology and has worked on small regenerative farms and larger-scale organic production farms, managing field crews of up to 30 members and training them on farming practices from seed to sale. Most recently, Madison served as a farm consultant, helping farmers of all stages achieve their business-related goals. Madison is happy to find new and efficient ways to support farmers through her work at Pasa.

Her love for vegetable production partially comes from living a vegan lifestyle for more than 15 years. Her favorite things to harvest are pumpkins and winter squash! Madison is also a photographer who loves capturing the beauty of farming!
