Eric assists with outreach to external partners and donors.
Eric was first introduced to the organic food movement as an employee at Harvest Market Natural Foods in Hockessin, Delaware. Since then, he has worked on small farms in Oregon, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, where he helped harvest crops and slaughter chickens and turkeys. Later, Eric worked for a small soil company in Pennsylvania and attended a Pasa Sustainable Agriculture conference as a vendor. After working side-by-side with various frontline farm workers, he decided to join the Pasa team.
In between working on farms and selling soil, Eric taught English as a second language in Mexico, Spain, and Royersford, Pennsylvania.
