Seeking motivated entrepreneur to establish a new Permaculture food web system on 3 acres around the farmhouses. 15 acres of woods would also be available to lease for agroforestry growing. Currently climate smart grants are available from PASA to assist the grower. We envision a vibrant multi season system of crops with a potential agrivoltaics pasture component. This would be a stand-alone enterprise for the grower. Beautiful 3-bedroom house with attached garage, finished basement, hardwood floors, and full appliances with 3 outdoor sheds included is available to rent to allow immediate proximity to the land base. Creek is available for irrigation if needed. This would be phase 1. Additional certified organic grassland may be available for phase 2. Seeking a long-term arrangement to further increase regenerative productivity of our land base and assets. We do not have a business plan for this venture, it is to be self-directed by the grower/renter. We are located in Juniata County Pa, where we operate a diversified crop and livestock farm, we raise organic hay, custom feed cattle and sell grain crops and we plan on continuing the existing operation.
