Job Title: Microgreen Lead
Schedule: Monday-Friday + weekend hours
Hours: 7:00 – 3:00 PM
Location: Pocono Organics
Compensation: $17 per hour

Responsibilities:
• Lead team under the guidance of microgreen manager to conduct day to day operations and provide weekly orders
o Seeding
o Watering
o Harvesting
o Packaging
• Maintain accurate logs to satisfy compliance requirements
• Contribute to all housekeeping efforts
• Contribute to landscaping efforts
• Engage with SOP training programing
• Offer coverage to Pocono Organics or Pocono Raceway events, may be outside of normal schedule.
• Perform all duties with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and speed
• Collaborate with all farm departments in an efficient manner.

Skills:
• Use supplies, tools, equipment in a skilled & safe manor.
• Understands the action, function, benefits and risks of tasks performed
• Aware of personal skill scope; asks for help when needed, takes initiative when possible
• Able to work individually on a team or lead a team when necessary.
• Interested in regenerative organic practices, terminology, and their applications

Qualifications:
• Experience in agriculture or related field
• Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills

Physical Demands
• Must be willing to work in all types of weather year round
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. indoor & outdoors.
• Able to work flexible hours according to the season to meet goals
