Truelove Seeds Job Description
Seed Farm and Office Assistant (One temporary position)
Hours/week: 28 hours per week (4 days)
Pay: $20/hour
Term: March 2025 through April 2026
Schedule: 7 hour shifts, scheduled between M-F, 10am-5pm with paid 1 hour lunch
Office: 100 E Rittenhouse Street, Philadelphia, PA (December through April)
Farm: Roxborough, Philadelphia (new location announced shortly)
Greenhouse: Saul Agricultural High School, 7100 Henry Avenue, Philadelphia, PA
Reliable transportation required.

This position is best suited for someone with farm experience, experience with cultural work, and working in communities of color. It is also best suited for someone who is passionate about seeds and interested in gaining on-the-job experience at our seed production farm as well as in the seed room and office. This is a temporary position to help Truelove Seeds while a core staff member is on leave.
