Wanted: Farmer & Property Steward
Old School Farm is a small farm in Northeast Pennsylvania offering food, hospitality, outdoor, and educational experiences. Using an organic, no-till, and regenerative approach, we raise Icelandic sheep, manage a 1-acre market garden and early-stage fruit and nut orchards, and steward a large forest. We aim to be profitable, dynamic farm venture for the benefit of others.
We seek to bring on an experienced farmer & property steward. The position is full-time, salaried, and compensation will be commensurate with experience. The work with be physically demanding, diverse and complex, and require high levels of initiative and responsibility.
