Schedule: Sunday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Saturday

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, full time, year-round

Location: Pocono Organics, onsite

Compensation: starting at $16 hourly

Responsibilities:
• Conduct farm activities as instructed to meet production goals of each farm operations department
o Seeding
o Transplanting
o Plant Care
o Harvesting
o Post-harvest care
o Irrigation & Watering
o Housekeeping & Cleaning
o Compost
o Landscape
• Maintain accurate logs to satisfy compliance requirements
• Engage with training programing
• Participate in events

Skills:
• Use supplies, tools, equipment in an appropriate & safe manor.
• Understands the action, function, benefits and risks of farm activities performed
• Aware of personal skill scope; asks for help when needed, takes initiative when possible
• Perform all duties with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and speed
• Able to work individually on a team or lead a team when necessary.

Qualifications:
• Experience in agriculture or related field
• Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills

Physical Demands
• Must be willing to work in all types of weather year round
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. indoor & outdoors.
• Able to work flexible hours to meet goals throughout the seasons
