Hill Farm Educational Center is a 501C3 nonprofit AG-ED Center serving the Greater Lehigh Valley community and surrounding areas since 2006. This internship would include full scope immersion into farm to table program- pasture management, ruminant care (goats, sheep and cows), milk production- fluid milk and added value- cheese, yogurt, ice cream.
Requirements- ability to lift 40 lb, walk 2 miles, willingness to learn to operate farm machinery, enjoy interaction with public and children.
Must obtain Child abuse clearance.
