Jeff operates Liberty Gardens with his wife, Kristin Illick, producing vegetables for restaurants in the Lehigh Valley and NYC. Jeff worked as an environmental educator in New York City and is a past president of the Emmaus Farmers’ Market. He is most proud of his two grown children, who currently show no interest in being farmers. But you never know.
