Monteverde’s Produce is a fourth-generation produce distributor who has been partnering with schools for over 50 years. Over the course of that half-century, they have learned a great deal about best practices for connecting farms to school buyers. In a recent conversation, Anne Monteverde Haus was kind enough to share her expertise in the farm-to-school space.
