You’ll love how quick, simple, cool and delicious summer meals and entertaining can be when you have plenty of good, home made dairy on hand. You'll learn about good milk, make a simple European everyday cheese and versatile (and yummy) Middle Eastern style marinated cheese balls. This is a beginner's class: focus is on dairy products easily replicated at home with no expensive or specialized equipment. Take home cheese-ready milk, recipes and ideas for making your home-made cheese part of every day meals, plus tips and resources for finding equipment and ingredients.
