Farmers everywhere acclimated both their lives and businesses to a world gripped by a pandemic. This virtual meeting is an opportunity to reflect on this extraordinary year with other vegetable farmers in the region, and consider how its lessons might influence our production and business models moving forward.
Vegetable farmers George and Ola Brittenburg from Taproot Farm and Scott Case from Patchwork Farm will share their takeaways from the past season before we divide into small groups for peer-to-peer discussions on topics that could potentially include markets, labor, and production.
This meeting is intended for experienced vegetable farmers.
