Farmers who are just starting out don’t always think about the energy implications of their farming plans. However, the decisions they make regarding energy can set the pattern for their farm’s long-term energy performance and success. The Farm Energy Day: Energy Answers for Beginning Farmers and Ranchers webinar will showcase a new set of resources designed especially for new farmers, to help answer the questions they may have about energy on the farm.
This webinar is provided with support and funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) State Energy Program. Pennsylvania farmers who participate will have the opportunity to request a timer for their engine block heater.
