Anaerobic Digesters are an opportunity to produce Biogas (also known as “Renewable Natural Gas”) on the farm to use for heat, power, or other purposes. The most common farm digesters utilize animal manure as the feedstock, but other approaches can be used as well. Join the Farm Energy Day: Biogas Digesters for Heat and Power webinar as we address types of digesters and discuss opportunities for biogas production on the farm.
This webinar is provided with support and funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) State Energy Program. Pennsylvania farmers who participate will have the opportunity to request a timer for their engine block heater.
