Developing an Effective Farm Employee Handbook [Webinar]

February 27, 2019 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

When you have employees, managing them appropriately is key to their longevity on the farm and everyone’s happiness with their outputs.

One of the best ways to set the tone for employees, communicate standards and expectations, and avoid confusion and disputes is with a good employee handbook. No two farms are the same, which means that every farm employee handbook needs to be tailored to the needs, expectations, and standards of the farm using it.

Learn from the experiences of Blooming Glen Farm as farmer Trician Borneman discusses how they developed their employee handbook over time, how it has helped their operations, and how you can write your own. This webinar will include a presentation followed by an opportunity to have your questions answered about this important topic.
