When you have farm employees, implementing best labor management practices is key to both creating a hospitable work environment and meeting your farm’s production needs.

One of the best ways to communicate standards and expectations, and avoid confusion and disputes, is by developing an employee handbook for your farm. And, because no two farms are the same, your farm employee handbook should be uniquely tailored to your own operation.

During this webinar, we’ll discuss how you can write an effective employee handbook for your farm.
