Better Approaches to Employee & Apprentice Management

Whether you are working with a spouse, your children, local hires, H2A employees, or others, effective employee management is essential to a profitable and efficient farm.

Join us and Cornell University’s Rich Stup to learn about the fundamentals of employee management. We’ll cover developing effective employee handbooks, delegating tasks to get the most done, and writing clear standard operating procedures so that farm tasks are completed correctly every time.

You’ll also have the opportunity to share your own employee management experiences, and receive feedback on how you can improve your practices.

Additional information

  • Live streaming available for those who cannot attend in person
  • Complimentary lunch will be provided for those attending in person. Please note: While we do our best to estimate order quantities, meals are only guaranteed to those who register at least five business days before the event. Please plan accordingly. You are welcome to bring your own food.
