Payment

Registration must be paid in full by January 29. Otherwise, pre-registration will be cancelled and you will need to re-register on-site at the walk-in rate.

Cancellation policy

  • You’ll receive an 85% refund on cancellations of programming, meals, and t-shirts made by January 11.
  • We’re unable to refund cancelled meals after January 11.
  • You’ll receive a 50% refund on cancellations of programming and t-shirts made between January 12–29

In the case of extreme weather or personal emergencies, deviations from our cancellation policy will be made on a case-by-case basis. All requests for special consideration must be made in writing to Clay Chiles and will be reviewed after the conference.
