Are you a self-starter and motivated person interested in launching your sales career in the agriculture industry? Join the Chesapeake Agriculture Innovation Center and our dynamic team dedicated to positively impacting farmers and value-added producers in the Delmarva Region. This position requires traveling 2 to 3 days a week to attend agriculture-related events and meet with farmers and service providers. We are looking for someone who thrives on networking and enjoys relationship-building. This entry-level position will help you gain valuable experience in sales, regardless of future industry. Although it is a starting role, we seek a proactive self-starter who can work independently and doesn’t need constant supervision.

With us, you will meet influential Ag industry players, engage with hundreds of farmers, and make a tangible difference. You will learn how to work with a team that is 100% remote. We will provide a comprehensive suite of tools and systems to track your progress and determine your performance against your targets. You will be responsible for recruiting and filling out our center’s programs and services available to farmers.
