Work at the Good Farm, the longest running vegetable CSA in the Lehigh Valley, with over 20 years experience. Join our team to raise organic and regenerative produce for 250 CSA members. Both full-time & part-time seasonal positions available, full season (April-November) or summer (May/June – August).

Full-season employees start at $14-$15/hr, based on experience. Summer intern wages start at $13-$14/hr, based on experience. Wages are paid biweekly. Farm vegetables are provided for all employees, along with an employee discount in our farm store.

Farm work schedule is five days per week, eight hours a day, 8-4 or 7-3, depending on the season, with 1 hour for lunch. However, farm work and is subject to weather & seasonal demands, so flexibility is helpful!

Work involves planting, weeding, harvesting, washing, and crop production tasks; as well as washing, packing, and boxing vegetables for CSA distribution.​ Training in all tasks is provided, and the majority of work is done as part of a crew.

Applicants should be physically fit, self-motivated, and work well in groups. A person who enjoys the outdoors, is willing to work in extreme conditions, and has an interest in sustainable agriculture will be most suited to working with us at the Good Farm. Farm experience is not necessary, but a positive attitude, willingness to work hard, and a sense of humor is essential!

For those interested in pursuing an education in sustainable agriculture, John & Aimee will train in all aspects of organic vegetable production, and provide full access to farm planning & budgeting materials, as well as participation in regional farmer training workshops.

Farmwork is challenging, but has many benefits! Work outside, get exercise and fresh air, learn to grow organic produce, and eat beautiful food!
