We are looking for folks with good work ethic and solid ability to work in a team setting to join the Farm Crew on our 25-acre certified organic, CSA-only diversified vegetable farm. In operation since 2004, Anchor Run has the distinction of being the longest running CSA in Bucks County, PA. Applicants should enjoy physical work and being outside, have a desire to learn the practicalities of running a for-profit vegetable farm efficiently, a propensity for good humor in the face of challenges, as well as an earnest commitment to sustainable agriculture and local food systems.

Responsibilities include greenhouse seeding, transplanting seedlings, crop maintenance and installation of crop infrastructure, harvesting, and regular interaction with our CSA membership through leading workshifts and harvest room management.

This position begins in late February/early March and runs through mid-December with a peak season schedule of 40 hour weeks (where the shoulders of the season may be around 35 hours weeks). Seasonal onsite housing from March to December is available.

Compensation is $15-$19/hour, DOE, and includes farm eggs and a veggie share.
