We’re seeking a dependable, Distribution Driver to be the vital link between our local producers and our community. Every route you drive directly strengthens our regional agricultural economy and keeps fresh, local food moving.

What You’ll Do
As the face of Three Rivers Grown, you will:

• Source & Connect: Pick up fresh, local products directly from regional farms and producers.
• Pack & Organize: Prepare and pack orders accurately in our warehouse, maintaining product safety and quality.
• Deliver with Pride: Safely deliver orders on time to local businesses, building warm, professional relationships with chefs, grocers, and buyers.
• Maintain the Standard: Ensure invoices are accurate, customer interactions are positive, and your truck, warehouse, and equipment stay clean and safe.

Who You Are

• Passionate About Local Food: You care about regional agriculture, sustainable food systems, or supporting local independent businesses.
• Comfortable Behind the Wheel: You have experience (or strong comfort) driving box trucks up to 26′ (No CDL required).
• Ready to Move: You enjoy an active, hands-on workday and can repeatedly lift, bend, and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable & Self-Motivated: You thrive when working independently, managing your route efficiently, and problem-solving on the fly.
• Qualified: You hold a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a DOT medical card (or are willing to obtain one with our support).
