All One One All (AOOA) is seeking an experienced, passionate, and organized Farm Manager to steward and grow our nonprofit regenerative silvopasture farm in New York’s Mid-Hudson Valley. This is a senior leadership role for someone with experience in orchard systems, small-scale intensive market gardening, and deep interest in true farm-to-table.

We are looking for a skilled farmer and leader who wants to care for a resilient landscape, continue building and managing a dynamic agricultural team, and build meaningful community around good food and regenerative agriculture.

About AOOA
All One One All (AOOA) is a 14-acre nonprofit regenerative silvopasture farm, farm stand, education center, and distillery inspired by The Three Musketeers’ motto: “All for one, one for all.” Our mission is to AOOA’s mission is to promote responsible agricultural and culinary practices as transformative tools for personal well-being, community prosperity, and global sustainability.

Entering our sixth season, we grow vegetables, herbs, flowers, fruits, and nuts for our farm stand, kitchen, and distillery, while hosting workshops, educational programs, and community gatherings that showcase what regenerative farming can produce.

Our site includes:

• ~1 acre of market gardens on a south-facing hillside
• 9 acres of orchard and fodder trees
• Two high tunnels (20’x48’ and 20’x96’)
• 500 laying hens
• 26 Karakul sheep
• A strong volunteer and grow-to-donate program

Position Overview
The Farm Manager is responsible for the overall management, development, and long-term vision of AOOA’s agricultural operations. This role combines hands-on farming with leadership, planning, reporting, and collaboration across teams.
The Farm Manager oversees all production systems—including orchards, silvopasture, livestock, market gardens (produce, flowers and herbs) and perennial garden systems—while building and managing an agricultural team, coordinating with the farm stand kitchen and distillery, and advancing AOOA’s educational and community programming.
