Based in Easton, PA, St. Luke’s Rodale Institute Organic Farm is a unique collaboration between Rodale Institute. St. Luke’s University Health Network that serves as the nation’s first organic farm located on a hospital campus.

Rodale Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to growing the organic movement through research, farmer training, and consumer education, teamed with St. Luke’s Anderson Campus in 2014 to establish this farm-to-hospital model growing certified organic produce for the hospital’s patients, staff, and visitors. Today, this thriving 14-acre operation supplies fresh organic vegetables and fruits to 12 kitchens in the greater St. Luke’s network, distributes harvest shares to more than 400 hospital employees, and is continually adding perennial crops to its farming system to support production.

St. Luke’s Rodale Institute Organic Farm is seeking a Farm Manager to lead day-to-day operations, leading staff, seasonal team members and volunteers to produce healthy, organic produce for all hospitals in the St. Luke’s University Health Network. Additionally, the Farm Manager will coordinate with hospital staff and dining services to meet produce requests and deliveries.

We are looking for a seasoned Farm Manager who has production farm experience as well as the desire and ability to become a spokesperson for the Farm to Institution Model that Rodale Institute is developing.
