Hill Creek Farm, a specialty produce and seed production farm outside Pottstown, PA is looking to hire an Assistant Farm Manager to help the farm owners with

• Irrigation and fertigation
• Planting, care, harvesting, and transport of heirloom vegetables, herbs, flowers, and fruit
• Tractor and BCS use (willing to train those with previous farm experience)

Qualifications:

• Two or more seasons of previous experience on a farm
• Familiarity with the necessary tools and equipment to perform day to day tasks on the farm
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs objects
• Valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with small farm equipment and maintenance (willing to train those with previous farm experience)
