The Agroforestry Assistant supports the implementation and maintenance of agroforestry systems under the guidance of the Agroforestry Manager. This role involves fieldwork, data collection, nursery work, and supporting farmer engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is proficient in communication and has practical experience with agro-ecology, is receptive to taking direction, and comfortable collaborating in a team-based setting.
