Chester County (Near Coatesville/Downingtown) PA land

Phone Number: 6105630062

I live on 24 acres in Chester County, PA. Previously a small working farm. Three nice fields, also some wooded land.
Looking for anyone interested in putting it to some type of agricultural use, vegetables, livestock, etc. Open to multiple parties who might only need/want smaller parcels.
Right now I am just mowing the fields once or twice a year, but I would love to see the land being put to a productive use.

Interested? Email me at jim_weeks@verizon.net or call (610)563-0062.
