Looking for land to build your farm business? This historic 150-acre property in the Pocono region offers about 60 acres of open pasture and fields, plus 90 acres of mixed hardwood and softwood forest, all about 30 miles from Scranton and within reach of markets in northeastern PA, northern NJ, and the New York and Philly metro area.

Flexible options: We’re open to renting smaller portions of the land. Lease options start at 6 acres and go up to the full 60 open acres, with or without barn access. Land and barn rent runs from $350 to $1,150 per month.

On-farm housing: A 1-bedroom apartment is available for $900 per month, with the potential for a 2-bedroom apartment in the future.

Infrastructure: The two-story dairy barn has 18 livestock stalls, a large hayloft, a tack room, a former milk room, and water and electric service. The property also includes a workshop barn, a well, and a natural spring.
