Pioneering leader in sustainable farming and restaurant marketing, Mark Dornstreich of Branch Creek Farm will also be on hand to discuss the trajectory of his successful 30-year farming operation.
In 2000, Jeffrey Frank followed a long-time dream, starting Liberty Gardens on family property. With 3 acres in vegetables, a greenhouse, and two hoophouses Jeffrey has taken his experience gardening in NYC and added exceptional customer service and a willingness to tailor production to the specific demands of the restaurants he serves.
