Program Details

Be a Reporter and Earn Free Field Day Registration!
PASA is looking for Field Day reporters.  Field day summaries may be published in the Passages newsletter or on the PASA website.  Reporters receive one free registration in exchange for reporting: one event per reporter, one reporter per event. Report Guidelines will be provided prior to the event. This opportunity does not apply to Intensive Learning Programs. If you are interested, contact the Educational Outreach Team at PASA to make arrangements.

Registration Information
All field days and intensive learning programs are open to the public.  Registration is required and pre-registration is preferred. Fees vary by event and are noted with each listing. Walk-in registrations are welcome, but we do not guarantee lunch for walk-in participants.  PASA accepts cash, personal checks, money orders and Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Receipts for payment are available upon request.

Lunch
Field Day meal times are great for networking and fellowship.  Lunch details are noted in event descriptions. Only pre-registered attendees are guaranteed lunch at events catered by PASA. Walk-in registrants should plan to bring their own lunch.  Please notify PASA if you have special dietary needs.  All participants are encouraged to bring water bottles.

Cancellations and Refund Policy
Field Days
Cancellations will be refunded in full up to the day before the scheduled event, unless otherwise noted. No refund will be given for cancellations on the day of the event. All events are held rain or shine.

Intensive Learning Programs
Cancellations received 14 days or more before the scheduled event are subject to a 15% processing fee. Cancellations received between 7-14 days before the scheduled event will be refunded 75% of the price of the event. Cancellations received less than one week before the scheduled event will be refunded 50% of the price of the event. No refund will be given for cancellations on the day of the event unless specifically arranged with PASA staff. All events are held rain or shine.
