“PASA is grateful to Al Granger for inspiring this
family-friendly, deliciously fun event. Growers can learn
from each other, guests will experience first-hand the superiority
of grass-fed beef, and sustaining connections between growers
and eaters can be formed. Though there will only be 3 “Best
in Class” awards, we believe everyone’s a winner
who participates in the Beef Cook-off.” -Marilyn
Anthony, PASA Southeast Regional Director & Event Coordinator
