PASA continues in its mission to support local farmers in how we feed our Conference Attendees. We gather sustainably, organically, and regionally raised foods for the conference meals from over 50 PASA members and friends. That food is expertly prepared by Chefs Ken Stout and Mike Ditchfield, who will once again team up to deliver fantastic meals featuring regional and organic ingredients. The result is an array of the freshest and most delicious food available in Pennsylvania!

This year, we are repeating our popular Thursday Evening Winter Picnic Buffet. For Friday’s lunch, we’ll pack a “brown bag” full of tasty and healthy fare. Friday evening, our annual banquet dinner will feature the Leadership Awards. On Saturday we are offering our special PASA luncheon.

We are proud of the tremendous food brought together for Farming for the Future, and hope you plan on attending these special feasts.

Please note: Lunch is included in the day-package for our Pre-Conference registrants, and continental breakfast is provided each morning to all registered attendees. Thursday and Friday evening will include a Social Hour Reception for all registrants. As a special treat to all those joining us Thursday, we are hosting a cheese tasting to coincide with the Thursday Evening Social Hour. Take advantage of the remarkable cheese makers and experts in the house that day — it is sure to be a rich and rewarding experience!
